What is the minimum period I have to rent a container? The minimum timeframe you need to rent a container is 4 weeks.

How long can I stay? You can stay as long as you want or need, there is no limit as long as you continue to pay for the use of your storage container at least 4 weeks in advance.

Do I have to sign a contract? We have a rental agreement for the first month, renewable on a month to month basis by paying rent.

How secure are the contents of my container? Your container will be locked by you, using your own padlock, so no one else can access it. Our self-storage containers are housed inside our fully fenced depot, which is locked and has CCTV.

What about condensation issues? Our containers have air vents for air circulation which helps to prevent condensation. However, if your contents stored in the container are damp or contain moisture, or you take moisture into the container on a rainy day then the container may develop condensation issues. A moisture collector may assist with absorbing unwanted dampness.

Will my contents be insured? Insurance is the clients responsibility. Unless you arrange with your own insurance provider for self-storage insurance then NO your contents will not be insured.

Can I move in today? Yes you can, provided there is a container available, you sign an agreement form and pay 4 weeks in advance.

When can I access my belongings? As our tenant, you will have access to your unit 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Do I provide my own lock? Yes, you will need to provide your own lock.

What are the dimensions of the container? The container is 20ft (approximately 33m3). Internal dimensions: 5.89m L x 2.3m W x 2.39m H.

What happens if I don’t pay? You need to pay 4 weeks in advance. If you stop paying your storage fees you will incur penalty fees and if these are not paid within a given timeframe we will over-lock your storage container. You will not be able to gain access to your unit again until all overdue fees are paid in full. If payment is still not made we will sell your goods by public auction to recover some of the outstanding fees, any money left over will be returned to you.

Do you have security cameras? Yes, our facility does have surveillance cameras.

How can I make payments? Online bank transfer. Eftpos is not available.

What happens when I don’t need the container any longer? When you no longer need the storage container, please give 7 DAYS NOTICE. The office needs to be notified on the day of moving out. All items stored in the unit need to be removed, the container left in a clean and tidy condition and inspected before the cleaning bond is returned. The container must be left unlocked.

Are your containers water and vermin proof? Yes, our containers are water tight and vermin proof. Each container will be inspected before and after use to ensure they remain water tight and free of vermin. Please be aware when storing your belongings that you are not inadvertently bringing in vermin.

Is there anything I can’t store? Food items, firearms, anything living, flammable or illegal.
